30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within this period to arrange a return.

How to start a return
Email support@wallbreezeco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This applies in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
